Suggest that if you are within 10 - 20 miles of a dealership, just go drive it in there to Service and show it and ask them what they suggest. Get the name(s) of the people you speak to if they say to delay until 1,200 miles.
It's a pricey $$ you have invested in the car; you don't want a problem to show up and then they pull an electronic record off the car and say "Hey, you had 'service' lights come on, but you didn't think to get it serviced?'"
