Please include both dyno charts that you are talking about in this thread. Regarding SC kits they are pretty simple and straightforward.
1. you compress air
2. air passes through to cooler
3. air passes through cooler
4. compressed air is delivered into manifold
5. pressure measured at manifold is what it is
