Wow, I must be easy on my brakes. Just swapped back in my OEM pads for the winter and took a look at the track pads. Admittedly, I only have about 80 minutes on my PFC-06 fronts, but I'd be surprised if I took off 2 mm. Rear stop-techs are down ~25% after 4 track days and a summer of driving. Stock rotors with 35k miles are still more than 1 mm above minimum thickness.
FYI, running on street tires.
