Also, do you apply the overlay and then delete laps or vice versa?
I have a 16GB IPhone, so maybe I've recorded (just iphone video) 4-5X20mins sessions my mistake. Now that I've switched to HLT, I take the best 1-2 laps per session, apply the overlay then delete the remaining laps.
If its a multi-day event, I copy the overlayed video off to my pc after looking at the best few laps and removing the slower ones.
