I've been looking for a 3D Design e-brake lever, but heard they're backordered. I PM'ed Nate. He said they got them in and are in stock, so I sent him payment last week.
As with most online shopping nowadays, product that is in stock normally ships the next day (or same day for certain shops). Fast forward to yesterday and still no tracking info, so I PM Nate. As it turns out, he's out sick but still checking his PM's
and says he will forward my message to the IND crew.
I get a PM from Jesal this morning. No excuses from IND, only an apology...the way it should be done. No excuses like certain vendors. Jesal explained that they did have it in stock but another sales guy sold it and Nate didn't know. He apologized for the confusion, said they would get more in next week, and said "Because of the mistake on our end, we would like to offer you free painted reflectors and an IND t-shirt"... Talk about going above and beyond.
