I've changed it to 4,500 until I open the cluster and extend the red to be able to go down below 4,500.
Top screenshot is stock, bottom is with my current changes.
The way to properly read it is between
-25C and 0C the RPM will raise from 5000 RPM to 5000RPM
0 and 25C the RPM will raise from 6000 RPM to 6500.
(Now keep in mind that 25 Celsius is 77 Fahrenheit, so this is the section that most people will be in depending on their climate - this is why people in California have a 6500 RPM limit upon cold start).
Then once coolant temp reaches 50 Celsius (122F) the RPM is raised to 7000, and finally to 8,300 at 80 Celsius. Keep in mind the ECU uses an interpolation function and will seek out the midpoint between two points to use as the actual value.
With my changes, it stays at 4500 RPM and raises slowly. So at 60 Celsius 5500 RPM becomes available, and at 80 Celsius the full redline is available.
I would say that normal operating temperature is between 90 and 100 Celsius.
I have another video of this in action if you want to see it.
