I think the front could be ok, but the rear connections will be a pain without being lifted. It is also more time consuming and laborious as you will have to remove o2 sensors, and maybe front felt pieces and skid plate to access the header bolts. I recentley did mine and it was a major PITA even on 6 ton snap-on jack stands because a creeper wouldn' fit. I was alone though.
