I don't see any other APR custom splitters for sale.
IIRC, it takes some time to get APR to make you a splitter, let alone a custom one.
So even if he bought it for X, he can list it for X or even more if he so wishes, as if someone wants the product s/he will have no choice but to buy his, or order one for him/herself (and take on the wait+possibility of it being a generic splitter and not custom)
