I have not seen or experienced that issue. I have also coded a few cars for this mod and they did not mention any errors or issues as well. I would go back and retrace all of your wiring to make sure that it is correct. Also, make sure that you didn't inadvertently disconnect anything when you were routing the wires. My install previously had rear PDC and I just added the front. A full PDC retrofit can be time consuming. Good Luck.
