The issue here isn't only how ADV1 is handling this with the customer, its also how they handled this from the beginning when the manufacture (triangle) told them this would be an issue from the get go and they still sold the wheels. Unless adv is denying this (which they haven't), I have no reason to doubt what nowaym3 has said so far.
Yes things fail around us all the time. This however is different from your iPad not turning on or your fuel pump dying on you. This is like you using your iPad and without any misuse or warning your glass screen shatters in your hand or your fuel pump blows up during use. Both failures but very very different IMO.
