I contacted Roman @ ESS and he was willing to exchange the order. I decided to keep the Direct Flash because I don't have any PC to make E-Flash work to its full potential. Throughout the process, Roman has been VERY helpful and patient. The direct flash process did take a while to pull the data from my ECU (approx. 1.5 hrs), but I'm sure it will be well worth it. I'm now waiting for ESS to send me the tuned file. Hands down to ESS service!
Yes, ESS service is awesome. And Roman appears to be like a multitasking superhuman or something, and on top of that very patient with costumers. You will love the tune. Enjoy!!!
