Fully agree, cleaning is part and parcel....since I've had my vert Ive been well and truely converted to the detailing world, whole new sub-culture. Havent been brave enough to start using an orbital and still trying to find the best wax (for me anyway) to use. That said I do get a kick on spending a few hours hand cleaning the car, even to the point of finding it theraputic.
Of course that feeling soon disappears after a bird (feathered kind
) with an arsehole the size of bristol deciding to empty its stomach over the car once it's gleaming
Great results from your efforts though.......keep it up, the M is worth it!
