Numbers, numbers, numbers. How many 5,6,8 child families are in your neighborhood...?? If you are going to quote numbers please do so by the percentage of 8 child families verse 1 or 2 child families nation wide.

I personally know of a minority gentleman who has fathered 17 children by 6 different ladies in our community. But who is "worrying about the 1.7% of welfare recipients who have been there throughout a dozen administrations." Or at least since the Johnson administration, who BTW gave us "The Great Society", "War on poverty" and Vietnam...!
