I would say it is probably dependent on IAT. If you are in cold weather, you wil likely hit the max advance on 96 - maybe even 93. If you are sitting in 90F traffic and then gun it, get ready to have some timing pulled : )
Of course, mine is all speculation - Shiv or another tuner can put it to bed.
