True, but the OP made some serious allegations, and considering how much traffic this forum sees this will be very damaging. I'm sure AA already contacted, or will be contacting the mods.... If the OP has an email trail discussing the warranty issue - AA is f@cked! However, the OP already stated that he played along with the fraud. It just blows my mind.
