I have tracked extensively with StopTech SP pads on my ST BBK (AD08 tires). They work well for the price (~$100/axle), and the pro drivers who drove my car would also agree with me. This is from on-track experience on Texas tracks. In 100 F weather my engine would overheat before my brakes. Obviously street pads are less consistent, so you may yield a different result on a different track.
For more aggressive pads, I carry DTC-70/60 ($399/$292) and Pagid RS29 ($409/$309). I would recommend using them on at least semi-slick tires. On street tires you may engage ABS pretty easily with high coefficient of frictioin pads.
If you need help let me know.
