Actually a good CF body shop can repair this. I hit a brick going 70 mph and had a FULL CF front bumper shredded and it took a week but they repaired it to new. I was watching how they were fixing it and it was like open heart surgery with forceps on each strand of CF. It was quite interesting. They should be able to do the that on the east coast.
