On BMW's own site, when I search for certified M3s it indicates that these specials apply to the M3. However, the fine print makes it sound like only the 2 payment option might apply. From the listing of a CPO M3 on the BMW NA site:
2 Payment Special Offer (1) Expires 2/29/12
Financing starting at 0.0% APR (2) Expires 2/29/12

Leasing and financing restrictions apply. Other model year Certified Pre-Owned vehicles are excluded from the 2 payment special offer. Not all BMW centers participate.
