No, that's a slightly different type of event. The M Power Experience
is different than the "M Power Tour
" and is instead used to help launch a new car - in the case of the Spain event, the F10 M5. The focus is on a particular new model (although they bring other M models to test back to back for comparison).

The M Power Tour
(like the one held in Colombia) is more of a general M marketing event where they bring an assortment of the latest M models for participants to experience.
But, both events are 'immersive' events where the participants pay good money for a 1-3 days total M experience, with multiple days of driving, mixed with fine dining and events.
