Hats off to Crevier BMW @ Eric Grombacher

During the past 24 years, I have purchased 16 cars on behalf of my wife and myself. Prior to each purchase, I contact the various fleet/internet sales departments to find a fair deal.

In april 2011, I spoke to Eric Grombacher @ Crevier BMW and ordered a BMW M3 sedan @ $500 over invoice. After waiting 7 weeks for the car to be built to my specification, I took delivery. The process at the dealership was smooth and efficient, and the terms of our deal were never challenged.

Unfortunately, the day after delivery, the service engine light came on and the car went in for repair. After multiple repair attempts, BMW agreed to buy back the vehicle. By late August, all remaining M3 sedan production slots had been filled. I was very disappointed with the thought that I might not be able to replace the custom built M3.

Fortunately, Eric Grombacher and his manager were able to get BMW agree to build another M3 sedan before the production line went dark. Today, I drove off in one of the last e90 m3 sedans built. This would not have happened without the client representation they provided me.
