Personally I like my daily driver's being loaded up. At track/autox events I can easily turn them off. If I wanted a light-weight track car I wouldn't have gotten the M3 and I wouldn't get a 1M either.
In all seriousness, stripper M3 or fully loaded doesn't really matter much. It is a heavy car either way.
