They "moved" or something and didn't let any of their customers know, and people were asking and trying to contact them and no one could?
I mean yea I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but that is just piss poor business... If you're moving, and in contact with customers, at least WARN them that you might be out of the loop for a while during the move, and you'll contact them again as soon as possible. I guess that's just me...
They should still have email contact regardless.
