For many, 400 rwhp is the magic number. You are very close and perhaps with some other tuning mods like a better air filter system and an underdrive crank pulley and maybe one of the less expensive non-crush bend exhausts, that goal will be reached.
I think the ability to use 93 octane gas for those of us here on the East Coast will, with a non-charcoal air filter, absolutely get us above the 400 whp mark. It seems like the 91 octane fuel really restricts the s65 based on dyno's that we've seen from PG and others.
