Ive actually got p90x and as lame as it sounds i dont really have that spare hour in my day to put in it. mostly i get home after work and am so beat i just try to relax which cant be the best. i guess my biggest thing is getting motivated to do it
I constantly tell myself while at work that I'm going to get in a quick workout once I get home, but I rarely happens, I end up relaxing in front of the tv
I definitely could use that extra boost of motivatation too.
