I would be screwed. I'm guessing I'd probably have to file a claim and wait who knows how long to receive the money back. He simply stated to me in an email
"I know I only have 2 iTrader ratings (should be 3) but hopefully this influences your decision to ship quicker"
And this is where I was feeling coerced. I'm smart enough to know not to ship prior to funds clearing, that's why we both agreed to cancel and resend the payment for instant transfer. But it never happened. At the time I felt he was trying to pursuade me in shipping the exhaust prior to funds clearing so he can cancel the check and get away with fraud. I was only reassured of this when the payment was canceled, he never sent another payment like he stated and then wouldnt reply to any of my emails.
