if you bring it to the right body shop trust me they can do it all...

I use to work at a bodyshop and weve done it all... holes, scratches, swirls whatever it is we are able to make it look new without any issues or pay more money...

at this point your body shop is just lazy to do the work less sanding painting. thats the reason why they said its not worth repairing.
